A Lazy Day

Popped another short video onto you tube today. Decided to take things easy and not throw as I am still aching after going to my physiotherapy class yesterday. Can't complain though, as the classes are making a big difference. The trouble is, when you do a class with other people, you don't want to be the one person who wimps out halfway through, so you will push yourself to your limit not to let anyone down! I suppose that's the point.
Have to mention that we had new physios taking the class and they were keen not to let us stop. It's like being back at school again as we do circuit training and we get 'teacher' shouting "next!" every minute and we huff-and-puff, red faced and perspiring, onto the next exercise! You can almost see the weight falling off me!
Anyway after I had washed all the clay encrusted towels and clothes from the studio this morning I thought I would do a bit of pot decoration hence the video. You'll be pleased to know it's another short one. Hope you enjoy. Thank you for visiting.
