A better video and a busy day

Hello all. I've had a busy day today throwing some small bottles. I had the camera in the studio with me so that I could film for long lengths of time without worrying about it and feeling self-conscious. Anyway I think this video is much better than the first and, you'll be pleased to know, it's shorter!
